The garden only states about the tulip and pansies flower it does not discuss about the other flowers in the garden. So it should be true.

Thirds statement depicts all flower families.

Why it is uncertain because there are only two kinds of flowers either white or yellow. So I think option A is right.

We can assume only as per the given statements. The real conditions cannot be brought here for a test.
There can also be a chance there may be only two flowers in the garden which make the statement TRUE.

We can't assume the real condition. If there are only two flowers in the garden, then option A is right.

We don't know about the other flowers which is Zoe's garden and we have only two flowers information so the answer would be uncertain.

Since the Zoe's Garden is mentioned with the two categories of flower bearing plants, it is necessarily, that the 3rd statement should be right !
