In the above statement, it is not said that, Whether intelligent girls are married to bureaucrats. So either I or II may follow.

Either or is correct 1st conclusion is complementary conclusion to 2nd conclusion.

Here 2nd conclusion satisfied in the basic diagram and 1st conclusion satisfied in the alternative diagram.

Answer must be D, because it is the choice of bureaucrats not Tanya to marry intellects.

The answer is incorrect!

As the statement says that bureaucrats marry only intelligent GIRLS.

Here in the question, there is no mention of the sex/gender of the Tanya. Tanya may be a girl or a boy.

Conclusion only says that Tanya is intelligent. Not intelligent girl?

So incorrect as incomplete.

Agree with @Ayush.

This is an incomplete question. Obviously, she will either Mary, or not may a Bureaucrat. However, you cannot conclude either.

When no quantifier used in the statement then how I find conclusion?

Answer should be D.

As argument doesn't mention anything about Tanya's point of view.
