Directions to Solve

In each of the following questions, two statements are given followed by three or four conclusions numbered I, II, III and IV. You have to take the given statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance from the commonly known facts and then decide which of the given conclusions logically follows from the given statements disregarding commonly known facts.

Explanation:

I don't agree with the answer. Middle term distributed twice. Only conclusions are Some guilty are terrorists and Some criminals are terrorists. How is the answer "Some guilty are criminals".

I don't agree with the answer. Here the given statements are to be considered absolute, and hence as mentioned in the statements only option A holds true.

Please explain further why option C is true?

I think Option A is more appropriate in this case. If we go for a venn diagram in this case then it becomes evident.

Usually, criminals are guilty and some of the guilty people are criminals so there is a relation with crime and guilt.

I feel option D is the correct one, please explain the reason that the answer is C.
