Statement: As many as ten coaches of a passenger train have derailed and blocked both pairs of the railway tracks.

Courses of Action:

1. The railway authorities should immediately send men and equipment to the spot to clear the railway tracks.
2. All the trains running in both the directions should be diverted to other routes.

Only I follows
Only II follows
Either I or II follows
Neither I nor II follows
Both I and II follow
Explanation:
The situation demands first diverting other trains to different routes so as to avert any accident, and then clearing the tracks as soon as possible. Thus, both the courses follow.

The situation demands first diverting other trains to different routes so as to avert any accident, and then call for ambulance in case any of the passengers were hurt and only after dealing with them can they clear the railway tracks.

The immediate remedy is to divert other trains to other routes to avoid more accidents happening then create time to clear the track.
