According to me the answer is (c) as there occurs no relation between the two sentences. No of youth employes have increased doesn't shows any reason for the increase and the no of employees submitting applications for the same post. These two are independent causes.

As to me, I can assume the population is blooming or there was an blooming birth rate decades a ago, causing many youth unemployed and also causing many competitors for only one job. This is very common in China and any other Country with a huge population.

The first statement mentions "young" which indicates they could be fresh grads. A "manager" in the second statement cannot be a fresh grad.

According to me answer 4 this question is c since there is no relation b/w bloom in unemployment and advertisement related to bank.

Any age group can be looking for the above mentioned vacancy. So the answer should be (C).

Bank Managers cannot be young people. So answer should be D. 1 could be the effect of an economic meltdown while 2 could be the effect of some manager retiring or transferring. Hence they are effects of independent causes.

To me, E is the answer. A crisis/recession increased the level of unemployment across all age categories (young people included, the situation described in statement A) and also generated huge numbers of applicants for any position (manager not being quite an entry level position for young people).
Statement A does not say that unemployment increased ONLY for young people and statement B does not refer implicitly to young people, as manager position is senior. So two separate effects of some common cause are the most realistic answer.
