How can you say that apl means star; and mitl means bright because no patterns are matched and no info is provided for that?
If my question is star blue then what should be the right answer in the artificial language. Please explain.

@All.
Here Adj Following the noun, tamceno means sky blue. So tam is sky and ceno is blue.
Cenorax means blue cheese. Quot ceno from tamceno and cenorax which means blue.
Aplmitl means star bright implies Apl means star and mitl means bright. Proportional to the question, tamceno and aplmitl gives mitl as bright and tam as the sky.
Hence bright sky as mitltam.
