Giving children computers in grade school is a waste of money and teachers time. These children are too young to learn how to use computers effectively and need to spend time on learning the basics, like arithmetic and reading. After all, a baby has to crawl before she can walk.

If research showed every child that played computer games read at a Ph.D level, or never learned to read, that would strengthen the speaker's argument without vagueness. It depends on your definition of "vagueness" which is a pretty vague notion to base a logic test answer upon. Both B and E could be strong arguments.
