Choice d presents a misleading figure of 4 million. The paragraph states that the record of 4.75 million was at an annual, not a monthly, rate.

It should be 'B' since it's mentioned in para- hit an annual record rate (for the month of February).

I think the option E is quite incomplete too, like the rate of home sales was affected but in which month?

If you are saying it's the warm weather, for which month do you define it? Is it a 100% surety that the warm winter weather occurs only in February?
