I also thought B as the correct answer at the very 1st instant because in earlier days B/W tv was the mode o communication and now computer is widely used. Pen n paper doesn't make sense.

Pen and ink isn't a very good answer because a computer has many different uses but pen and ink only has one use.

The answer should be B as the computer is used to get a virtual or digital display of information which was earlier done by television.
Same as the function of a car i.e. travelling was earlier done by horse and buggy.
