I think the answer should be 'B'.
As the car is used in modern time and cart was used in the old time. So, the computer is used now and television was used earlier before the invention of the computer.

The answer should be B as the computer is used to get a virtual or digital display of information which was earlier done by television.
Same as the function of a car i.e. travelling was earlier done by horse and buggy.

Pen and ink isn't a very good answer because a computer has many different uses but pen and ink only has one use.
