Personally, I won't lie.

If the situation comes, First of all, I would try to resolve that problem lying is not the solution to the problem. But if there is no option and my lie makes a positive impact then I’ll lie but obviously, I’ll be conscious of that.

I will try my best not to lie to the company but if the problem persists and in anyhow if it helps the growth of the company by not harming any of the assets in the company.

I will lie and I will make sure that everything is performed correctly and will be at balanced after my lies are exposed.

I will lie for the company if it is necessary and I will predict what are the causes if I lie If I am ready with the answer when I was caught after that then only I will take the risk to lie. For Temporary happiness, I will not lie it will show a larger impact afterwards.

Lying would probably cause an unwanted warranty of success. So, I will resolve the issues attentively to the best of my knowledge but if the situation requires lying for the benefit of the company, in the meantime, I will probably lie but I will be very cautious not to backfire the company or assets.

First of all, no one should be put into a position where they would have to lie. Being truthful and upfront and having transparency to a certain extent would be the best practice. I would not lie because of someone else's mistake, that's on them and for them to make a right. If one is asked to lie, the situation perpetuates until the last person involved in the lie is the one who receives disciplinary action not necessarily the initiator of the situation that required someone else to lie. I wouldn't want any part of that!

To lie for the company probably depends upon the assurance given by them that the further circumstances don't affect my career growth.
