Basically, I am a honest person I don't lie to the company for short term benefits if it gets revealed that I lied to the company it will create a negative impression and will show a negative impact on long-term benefits and can spoil my career and company growth and moreover I can't be confident in saying lies to company.

As we all know telling lie is not a good practice but if a single lie can lift our company's position or can be in favor of our company then I don't think it is a big crime because we all are not "Harishchandra" (a great man known for the truthful character). If we can lie to someone for our need without any guilty then telling lie for a good cause is never a crime.

I believe in working for the growth of the company and a single lie can destroy the company image, so I would never lie for the company.

I hope that our company will not create such a disgrace moment to me. Because our company is one of the reputed firms. But once it happens I will accept it with a dense heart for our company growth.

Sir, I greatly discourage lying but if my lie doesn't harm anyone and if it becomes the last option to bring something good to our organisation then I think lying is OK otherwise, I don't recommend lying.
