Honest and sincere deserves success not just a lie. A thing which couldn't be succeeded by hard work and honesty. A lie can't make it. So I won't.

Yes, sir I could lie for the sake of the company,

Sometimes, nothing can go perfectly every time.
So subconsciously, I could lie in intense situations to protect the image of the company. Ethically, that might be wrong and might be handled with truth, but it depends on who we are dealing with.

Sorry, sir. I will not lie. I respect myself and my organization. If I told to lie to any stakeholders of my organization, it may be benefit for my company temporarily. Definitely not for ever. It will affect the company negatively later.

No, as company runs with customer's rather than employees, Whatever may be the situation, a small lie leads to a loss of a valuable customer if he knows the truth, A lie which is beneficial to company is said when there is no risk in lying.
