No, as company runs with customer's rather than employees, Whatever may be the situation, a small lie leads to a loss of a valuable customer if he knows the truth, A lie which is beneficial to company is said when there is no risk in lying.

Sir it's depends on situation of our company.

I'm a sincierly work with company. So small lie is good for company. It's keep on mind but not harm to others.
