No sir, Lying can give someone a false hope and it will be not good if someone who trust you.

So, I will try to avoid lying if its harmful for any particular. But I will try to give some convenient answer by speaking truth.

No, in every situation there is a solution and lying is not the answer to solve a problem. It reflects in the future if you chosen to lie for your company.
