Sir,

It will depend on the situation if my lie does not affect anyone including company than I will.

But sir firstly, I would like to avoid the lie because one lie leads to many lies and I will be harmful for the company reputation.

As long as I am in accordance with company and legal guidelines, I would do what is best for the company and try to effectively resolve any issues that may arise.

No. I'm a Muslim and Islam prohibits lies. If I speak lie, then people will badmouth on our religion that Muslims are liars and won't believe us. So, I can't put my religion on stake for my company.

But I won't let any situation arise where I need to say lie for my company if at all it becomes mandatory then I will find any right solution to cope up with the problem rather than speaking lies.

Sir, as I am a person of honest nature believing always go with true & ethical side of facts, I am not telling lie to anyone. But if the matter comes to our Organization & for its betterment, I will then take the second thought. But be sure that my comments should not be immensely hearted to such listeners at a later stage. Therefore, lying should be only objective not elaborative.

No for sure. I am a person who strongly believes in maintaining ethics and principles. Even if lie may help the company in the short run, it won't justify in the long run. If the stakeholders come to know about the lie, surely the company will lose its reputation and I don't think such kind of reputation is needed at all. When someone believes us, we should be careful not to bluff.

I believe in maintaining honesty and integrity in all professional interactions. I wouldn't lie to cover up mistakes or actions that could affect my or the company's reputation negatively. However, if withholding the truth could save a life or significantly benefit someone without causing harm, I would carefully consider the ethical implications before making a decision.

As we all know telling lie is not a good practice but if a single lie can lift our company's position or can be in favor of our company then I don't think it is a big crime because we all are not "Harishchandra" (a great man known for the truthful character). If we can lie to someone for our need without any guilty then telling lie for a good cause is never a crime.

Defrauding is against the ethics of the company.

And the extent of lie does not last for a longer period.

So it would be better to be in a critical situation as one day you can find ways to come out of that. But going against your own principles. Is something what a company with good morals should not do and as a employee of the same. I would choose of not lieing.

No sir, I never lie for the company to protect the dignity and respect of my seniors and the company. Because I believe that a lie only postpones the outcome not preventing it from always hitting back in some way or another and also if I lie it directly puts my seniors in bad lighting that what kind of guidance they are giving to their juniors which I never want.

It totally depends on the situation but more preferably I will find out the other solution to the problem which is beneficial for me and my company as well instead of speaking lie. Because every problem has a solution.

Assume that, if I will lie for the company but sooner or later one-day truth will reveal then the reputation of my company will be disputed.

If I say I would lie for the company, than that'll assert that I can lie for my personal benefit too. But sir lying for personal benefit only makes me happy and will create a series of lies thereafter, I would never do that. Yeah but in a very rare case, if it's extremely necessary for the company and makes a positive impact, than I could think of lying.
