It depends on the situation, I will lie in a positive way so then no one feels hurt.

Definitely no, because I believe that convincing or explaining the situation is an optimal solution instead of lying. Lying can decline the company's reputation. No one can hide the fact too long when they know the truth our company may lose the trust. And we should remember trust is most expensive and can't be purchasable.

Thank you sir/mam for asking.

It depends on the situation, if the lie is beneficial for our company's reputation and does not harm any person then I'll say lie in this situation.

I will lie positively so that no one feels hurt.

Sir, It depends on the Situation. Because lie telling for a company is a good sign of good employee but Not sign of good person and loyal person. Its a kind of humanity. If our lie makes our organisation safe from anu trouble without hearing anybody. Then. You can tell lie. Otherwise, tell the truth. 100%.

It totally depends on the situation but more preferably I will find out the other solution to the problem which is beneficial for me and my company as well instead of speaking lie. Because every problem has a solution.

Assume that, if I will lie for the company but sooner or later one-day truth will reveal then the reputation of my company will be disputed.

No, I don't lie, because when that small lie comes to light the image of our company will damage in large, so I'll try to solve problem, but not with a lie. If you lie once they will never trust you again.
