I will try my best not to lie to the company but if a problem occurs and if it will help the growth of the company without harming any assets.

It's depending on the situation, it will in a positive way so that no one can feel hurt.

To lie for the company probably depends upon the assurance given by them that the further circumstances don't affect my career growth.

Sir, I greatly discourage lying but if my lie doesn't harm anyone and if it becomes the last option to bring something good to our organisation then I think lying is OK otherwise, I don't recommend lying.

Sir your company is a multinational company, it has a good reputation and I don't think there will be any such cases where I will have to lie. But if there any such situation arises I will try to resolve the problem.

Thank you.

This is a question on ethical dilemma. Obviously, if the organisation is in great trouble I will be one of the first people to do something to alleviate the situation. I am a loyal person and will probably be the last one to leave a sinking ship.

It would not be good for the company if the lie is discovered by the customer in the future. Therefore, I would refrain myself from lying.
