Would you lie for the company?

For me, I can lie for the company, but I can not lie with the company.

This is a very typical situation and a testing one also. My decision would be that I will not lie although I love this company and I love my part of the job but I cannot trade with my principles for the job I have from the beginning of my life build these principles it took me half of my life to establish personality such that I have it in me that I do not play anytime in life whatever the situation might be. Super it becomes very difficult for me to break these rules in my life although I will do anything else which might help the company. I hope you understand my problem as you have understood me before in the past on many occasions.

If it's for good for the company, then yeah, I would say a lie!

Obviously, we are Human beings. So we must act according to the situation but it should not effect our colleagues or company and should be worth to our organization Think positive if one door is closed others will open.

Defrauding is against the ethics of the company.

And the extent of lie does not last for a longer period.

So it would be better to be in a critical situation as one day you can find ways to come out of that. But going against your own principles. Is something what a company with good morals should not do and as a employee of the same. I would choose of not lieing.

I think if I will tell lie it means something is wrong with service or product or both. In that particular situation, I will try to remove the problem as far as possible but I never tell a lie because everything will disclose sooner or later and also the reputation of the company also lost. Actually No, because my mind set is "what you see what you hear, when you leave, leave it here".

That will depend on how big the lie is. If the lie involves huge risk for the company and for me then I would certainly not lie because my job is to uplift my company and not to assist in degrading it sooner or later. But if it is a small harmless lie with no foreseeable risk then I would consider lying.

First, I try to telling truth to tackle the problem by smart work because today one lie created tomorrow also another lie created so it's not a solution for well-reputed organisation, but still not a problem solved to understand the situation and telling lie.

If it would be my last options. But if it is beneficial for the company & without harming company's client & other I will do.
