If you think that you will be stable in any job, it will be not possible for anyone because the situation changes and we have to face many problems like personal or financial, so to deal with that situation changes occur and we have adapted in that situation.

It's not my intention to work for several companies but the way I received opportunities which I accept whether it's short term, contractor term, by the situations, without proper reasons, effect of not concern job related issues with effects I reeleived.

We all are looking for the Job satisfaction, learning and a thing which motivate us to stick with the same situation. Whenever we find things short, changes will occur and every change gave us the new challanges and environment so we became more experienced and mature.

Several jobs with several companies at different environment, so each employer and company has specific culture and structure. I needed to experience different environments to find the best one for my self, to make my career and future plan based on that.
