Well, I had been working in one of the organisation for three years but due to some family problem I had to resign my previous organisation. Thereafter it took a long time to recover everything in normal shape. As I now realised that every is going well. During the break, I kept on improving my skills and communication. Now I think I am more organised, better decision maker, emotional stable to perform to job efficiency.

It's been around 7 months I have been out of work and the reason behind is my Mom's poor health issues and I need to take care of her and look after her and it's because of that I couldn't able to concentrate either professionally or personally.

And it's not that I m completely out of work but I have worked as part time collection executive in a private firm and also I was concentring on my communication skills.

Actually, when I had joined the Company I was a fresher and I'm really grateful for my company who had appointed me as being a fresher, there was no goal set in life and haven't also a good platform to go ahead then I thought if I want to achieve a goal in my life then I should give the time to get experience which will help me further to provide me good much better platforms, so that was the reason.

As my family is financially very weak & my father is only member in the family, who earns and my mother is a mid-day-mill worker in a school. After my 10th I worked to support my family financially, so I have to choose my education as a second priority and support my family as to stable the financial condition.

Then I back to my studies and completed my ITI and diploma in electrical engineering.

Okay here's a question:

INTERVIEWER: Why have you been out of work so long?

(your reason may dump, don't say that, next time try my answer) "tell me the review".

YOU: I had to take a leave of absence for a personal issue,

INTERVIEWER: Will you explain more?

YOU: I prefer to leave at that. It was a personal issue and now it's resolved.

(you are on safer side).

Sir, I think everyone at some point in life wants to know what's more to life offer other than work, so I took some time off from work and explored and opened myself up to new experiences in life.

This indeed had made my perspective towards work and balance change dramatically and made me appreciate the opportunities I have in regards to work-life balance.
