At first, I Must thank my previous company, they are giving me the opportunity to works with them. I have learnt many things like time management, team management, how to works under pressure, how to maintain punctuality.

As we know, that Change is the part of life. I wish myself growing both professionally and financially. So I need to change my job for learning new technology, new works place.

I know that this will help me to learn new technology and gives me new job environment.

I put hard work to fulfil companies work and try to give a role in the company success.

I worked there almost 2 years, and then I got married in Feb 2020, so I need to change my location. That's why I left my previous job.

I had been working there for 1 year but the company didn't want to increase my salary even fresher can take the same salary as mine then what I had, nothing except the experience of one year not salary increment nor promotion, so I thought I should left and I did.

My process is to Pune location so I can't manage my family from there so I have to change the job. I have opportunities other process but for me a new platform so I think to join Genpact it's the best platform.

I would like to thank my previous originations always which teach me a lot in my career, After the lockdown, I work from home but after two months my PC is not working then I talked to my supervisor that my PC is not working. Then my supervisor told me we didn't have a PC. If you want to work you will have to wait for the office.

First, I'm very thankful to my previous organisation as I learnt a lot of skills like team management, working under pressure, punctuality, Etc. And I feel that change is a part of life and I want to grow myself professionally and financially.

I feel this company is best to enhance my knowledge and I am very much interested in this job to take up a new role and also the challenges coming with it to enhance my skills and overall development. I am ready to work.

First of all I must thankful for giving opportunity. Being a part of management rolls and skills every where which I dicharged upto great extend and knowledge. It's a great opportunity to availed at previous company. Though it's far way, extra hour, without leaves, working beyond shifts, responsible for all which not concern which leads to leave the organisation.
