Career stagnation can be difficult to deal with, so I have been working hard for years without any options, promises or offers of promotions, I choose to leave for a company where a promotion is a possibility.

I left my last organisation for better growth and strong financial situation. Although, I was doing good with them and everything is going on very smooth. Our client informed us that their team is launching new products and for that, they require two-three months and during this time there is nothing much important. My manager asked me to move to the next domain but I don't have any internet in that domain. So, I left that company.
