Why did you resign from your previous job?

Sir, after working couple of years in previous company, I feel now I am ready to move to a more challenging job. My knowledge and experience would best be utilised by working with your organization.

The reason I left the previous job due to my personal problems and my presence was very much important at that time for my family hence without another option I quit my job and whatever happened happens for a good reason.

I loved my last job and progressed to increasingly more responsibilities. The culture of real-estate development does not lend itself to tact or hand-holding with employees, architects, city leaders or engineers. This entails a great deal of yelling and screaming to get points across in meetings. Sometimes that involved invading one's personal space, in your face in the open office, wherever. I totally understand this and realize these disagreements are the nature of the beast. High turnovers are the result. Too much money is at stake and there is no time for diplomacy. However, I soon realized that, while I thrived in that environment, it was not what I wanted as a long term career. What I learned there was invaluable, I left on good terms and consider myself a huge fan of the work being done there.

First of all, thanks to saying my previous company. They are hired me as fresher where I learned more professional skills such as teamwork, under work pressure, time management but I am working on same job profile till now. There is no hope learned new thing so that's the reason changing my last job to enhance my skills professional and financial growth.

Because my process is moving to Jaipur branch within 3 months that's why I am looking a new job.

Because I want to promotion in my career and in this job no any promotion choice.

Sir, I believed in continuous learning I think if I'm learning I'm growing, but sir unfortunately in my current organization and I'm not able to learn anything new, I have been doing same job since last 1 year, there is no scope for the improvement, there is no scope for creativity that is why I'm looking for job change.

For good opportunity for better salary as per me, changes are necessary to improve skills professional and financial growth so I think, I am at right place now.

I learned a lot from my previous company and I want to learn more, and ofcourse change is the only way of growth.

I'm looking for a better opportunity which can give me growth & Development in my professional & Personal Career.
