It's really a good question. I left my previous organisation because I was not getting transport facility as my house comes under a non-hiring zone and it became very difficult for me to manage the travel time however my last company was one of the best companies to work as they help people there to excel and be what you want to be so this is the only reason I left.

First of all, yes even I want to thanks my previous organisation because at critical stage when we were struggling to get a job, my previous company provided me a platform to start & meanwhile, improve my career in the respective field.

The reason I left the previous job is yes due to my personal problems and my presence was very much important at that time for my family, hence without another option, I quit my job.

And whatever happened happens for a good reason.

Apart from that, every human being wishes that in this competitive field they have to keep on upgrading their technical skills as, well as professional skills & financial development either.

I loved my last job and progressed to increasingly more responsibilities. The culture of real-estate development does not lend itself to tact or hand-holding with employees, architects, city leaders or engineers. This entails a great deal of yelling and screaming to get points across in meetings. Sometimes that involved invading one's personal space, in your face in the open office, wherever. I totally understand this and realize these disagreements are the nature of the beast. High turnovers are the result. Too much money is at stake and there is no time for diplomacy. However, I soon realized that, while I thrived in that environment, it was not what I wanted as a long term career. What I learned there was invaluable, I left on good terms and consider myself a huge fan of the work being done there.
