Firstly, I'm very grateful to my previous organization because they hired me when I was fresher so I needed to learn many things like teamwork, Professionalism, Work under pressure, Punctuality and most of all Customer service.

Unfortunately due to my mother' bad health issue, she was critical at that time, actually she suddenly fell ill and I beg to my manager to grant me a leave but unfortunately, he didn't agree. So it was my one n only option to leave that particular organization.

I resigned my previous job due to the lack of my salary and growth. I want to change for new Compny I believe that to improve career growth financially and professionally.

I am very thankful to my previous company and Sir. I had learned a technical subject from them. I changed my job due to I stuck up with my growth and salary in previous company.

Now, I will learn a new subject as well as growth in my career.

I worked as an accountant in the domestic company so I want to work with MNC for improving and enhance my skills and knowledge for better prospects. Its helps to my financial growth also.

Last organization helped me improving my skills and provided opportunities also. But now I want to move to the next level and your organization will provide me with that opportunity since your company standards are a notch higher than my current company.

Well, before answering this question I have to thank my current company because it's my first opportunity in Dubai, It has been a great experience working with the great people but my company is relatively small so growth is limited and the space for learning and appraisal is also limited. For me, I want the challenging environment to create an impact in the company as well as in my personal growth. I have been learning every day but I'm not getting the platform to implement my technical skills. So continue to grow I'm looking for better career prospects, Professional growth, and work opportunities.

Because this is my perfect time to leave the job and get in to the business and use my experience to grow my own company.
