First of all, I am thankful my previous organization.
Because I have learned a lot of things from there.
According to me, a job change is needed to skill growth and personal development.
Your organization is the good platform where learn more.

During this pandemic, hikes are not that much great and also now we have limited projects. So, I am looking for new opportunities and new challenges in my life and I hope this organization will provide me with a better platform to improve myself professionally and financially.

I would like to thanks my previous company, I have gained a lot of knowledge and teamwork from there, and I am looking new opportunity and new challenge in my life and I hope this company provide me a batter platform to improve and grow professionally and financially.
The main reason is for my career growth. I feel like my growth is getting stagnated in my current organization which is not helping me to improve my skillset. I want to learn more. I believe that have progressed as far as I can in my current role. The biggest/main reason for leaving my current company is that I want to learn more. I want to take more responsibilities which will help me to grow in future.
