Why did you resign from your previous job?

Honestly, leaving my previous job was very hard for me. I was very thankful to the company and to my bosses for the opportunity and trust they have given me despite the fact that I am a fresh graduate.

All the challenges I've encountered and overcome have developed my work ethic, prolonged my patience, and strengthened my character as an individual. However, I had decided to focus on my health as, for no reason, I always get sick and couldn't file a formal leave because I was the sole finance officer in our area. If I'm fortunate to have filed a sick leave, I still entertain queries and concerns from my co-workers, as I cannot afford to rest knowing that there will still be problems when I resume work, and that's one of the reasons they loved me.

I asked for God's sign that if for the fourth time, I get sick again, I will file my resignation. I always rely on God's guidance for my decisions through my prayers, and I do believe that he will show me the right path. That is why I don't mind failing a couple of times because I know that if it is God-given, it will come easy in no time.

First of all, I want to say thanks to my previous company because I have learned lots of things like team management, communication skills, etc.

I resigned from my previous job because of my career growth and financial growth to learn new things and face challenges.

I have learned more and more in my previous company and I didn't get any growth in my company. I am very thankful my previous company and learned a lot experience in the previous job. Now I am resigning because everyone wants to growth that's why I am resigning my company.

I worked for 2 years my previous company but there have no finiacial growth. So I left my job for financial growth.

It's been a great experience, but I'm ready for another stage in my career. A new challenge, I'd also like to continue to grow and learn in this field, and take on some new tasks.

Firstly, I'm very much thankful for the company for which I'm working now as it believed in me and gave me a chance to improve my skills and showcase my talent,

And now I'm looking for a better opportunity in the same domain as yours where I can perform better with my past work experiences and explore myself.

I started my professional career with my previous company and gain lots of knowledge from my seniors and colleges now its time to move forward for growth and development of my professional and personal career.

I am looking for more better opportunities and also want to learn new things to explore my knowledge in other domains.

To find the better career opportunities, want to explore and learn new technologies lead to enhance my technical and professional growth.

I want to better job opportunity in my life and I want the second challenge in my life.
