Why did you resign from your previous job?

Well, Firstly change is very much required in one's life as without change we will not be able to see the other side of the coin. Could it be anything change is a must in everyone life?

Secondly, I wish to thanks my previous employer for giving me a chance to work with the second largest private bank of India. I have always been fascinated with the banking industry as numbers and figured are my tips. Just because of my previous management, I could able to get a good command of teamwork, time management, quality, production and so on. Working for close to three years and possessing a great knowledge of the industry, I felt to use my skills and development in one of the major and dynamic international banks like yours and adding more chapters of knowledge answer skills So here I am for the next level of my career to change professionally and personally.

Because I want to improve my carrier growth and knowledge.

Well, first of all, I would like to thank my previous company when I was fresher to this corporate world they have given an opportunity to learn a lot of things. I quite the company because changes are necessary for life to enhance skill and knowledge. For personal as well as financial Growth.

I like to meet the new challenges and work with new people who teach me from their way and for increment.

1. I'm leaving because I want to make a career change from my current industry to a different one.

2. I feel like I have developed as much as I can I my current role and now seeking new opportunities for career growth.

I left my previous job to enhance my skill and potential and also to grow professionally and financially.

I feel like I'm ready to take on more responsibility. I believe I've progressed as far as I can in my current role. I need a change of environment to motivate me.

I want to develop a new skill that isn't required in my current job.

I had to resign from my previous company for a variety of reasons. First and foremost, I'm grateful to my previous company for helping me improve my communication skills and technical knowledge; however, life is all about advancement and growth, so I was looking for more responsibility that would allow me to grow professionally and financially.

I am thankful to my previous organization, because I have learnt lot of things from there. According to me changes are necessary for everyone to enhance skills.

So, I feel it's the right time for me to seek new challenges that will allow me to grow further in my career. And I believe your organization is a good platform where I can learn more.

Actually, it was a hard decision for me to take, somewhere I felt that I have gone into a comfort zone. So to challenge myself & expand my knowledge I felt to move on with some change.
