For better opportunity, for better prospects for more exposure and experience of learning new things. I have learnt a lot from my previous job but I want to learn more than that from this job.

I work with an MNC that was only night shifts. In the beginning, it was good I was having fun, and experiencing new things that I have never done. But later now I was suffering from depression because of it. I had completely lost myself in working in that company, building unhealthy eating habits. So in short was miserable and after a time I realised mental health is important. So I did prioritise that and quit my job for a better one.

First of all, yes even I want to thanks my previous organisation because at critical stage when we were struggling to get a job, my previous company provided me a platform to start & meanwhile, improve my career in the respective field.
The reason I left the previous job is yes due to my personal problems and my presence was very much important at that time for my family, hence without another option, I quit my job.
And whatever happened happens for a good reason.
Apart from that, every human being wishes that in this competitive field they have to keep on upgrading their technical skills as, well as professional skills & financial development either.
