Why did you resign from your previous job?

I got a good start for my career but now I want to get good challenges where I can enhance my skills.

First of all, I would like to thank for my previous company where I had worked I have to learn facing challenges time management skills. Now, I have to take new challenges and also financial growth and make my position at the higher level.

Well, I would like to say thanks to my previous company because I learned a lot of things from my last organization. I joined that company as fresher so I needed to learn that How to communicate with each other, how to behave in a professional way, what to wear, management, work with the team, Left the previous job and then pursuing _____ (Like, BE, B. Tec, MBA, etc) That's why I left my previous job.

I Have to Improve on My communication and my carrier Opportunity l have a lot of thinks to learned my previous Company but repeated to one Date entry work.

I am looking for new challenge at work and also professional growth.

I resigned from my previous job because actually the operations as closed on April month.

Still they have hopes the company might re open. But on aug month they offered as a half salary for employees.

So, I'm not adjustable with the half salary that's the reason I'm resigned from my previous job.

First I great thankful for my previous company, as my skills and management are very growing up a talk with the client and how to handle pressure in a pressure situation. I feel change a part of my life, now I m looking for a new challenge and new opportunity to grow my self.

First, I thankful for my previous organisation. Because I learnt a lot of things from there.

For example: time punctuality, to do a work on time, work under pressure, smart work.

According to me, changes are necessary for everyone.

Enhance my skills, knowledge, for personal growth and financial growth, I left my previous organisation.

This organisation is, an excellent platform to improve my skills, knowledge, personal and financial growth.

First of all, I must sincerely thank my previous company for giving me the opportunity to work with them. From there, I have learnt a lot of new skills like time management, team management, how to work under stress and pressure, how to take pride in a job well done, punctuality, how to solve conflicts at work etc.

As we all know change is a part of life. I want to see myself growing both professionally and financially. I feel this company gives an opportunity to explore my skills and knowledge and also offers new roles and challenges to see myself growing with them.

It is been great to start my carrier with such an organization. I have learnt a lot of things, skills and teamwork here. But to be honest, now I am seeking new opportunities and more financial stability.
