Well, now am not a full filled pot or an empty pot, am just a half filled pot but after 5 years I would like to see myself as a full filled pot means I should be the ruling party for the position am working for means I should be expert and only I should be the expert of the work which I do. Which makes me proud than any other higher position in the company.
