Firstly, the boss is never always correct and If he has a great idea, one should never correct him or suggest that it is of substandard quality on his part. The best approach should be initially to request why and how he has come to the idea and why he favors it to be implemented.
Only then can you, yourself, have the ability to understand whether you can provide alternative options or counter-arguments. If it is truly a bad idea, this approach will surface the disadvantages and at the same time keep yours/his integrity and relationship intact. If at that time you have alternative suggestions to perhaps complement his idea, then this would be the right time to make them.

Everyone puts lot of hard effort to make any plan, however you know your boss is crazy, go to him applauding him and try to learn his idea why he wants that if you like all good but after listening to jim you can put your point. That would help you by two ways boss will understand one thing for sure that you are interested in whatever the plan is and second because of first he would value your plan or words and can be easily convinced.

We all are not alike and everybody have a different point of view. For my boss it might be an excellent idea but for me there could have been a better idea that his/her's. The best way is to have a brainstorming session to make sure that the company is benefited with the idea irrespective of whoever decision has come to a conclusion.

Yh. Its my duty to follow all the orders of my boss that are related to job but beside this its also my duty to work for the benefit of company only they recruited me so that I can share my thoughts and ideas to them, first I try to analyse difference between mine and my boss thoughts and still if I think myself better in thoughts then I directly asked my boss to share my thoughts on that particular project.

Thanks Sir,
I will give priority to my boss's opinion first, but I always have to think about the company's development and avoiding risk. In this regard, if I found boss is going completely against the company's interest, then I would try my best to demonstrate by views, logical points and other issues which is beneficial to the company.

Boss decision will always be respected as his decision will be an outcome of his experience and skills. If I also been given opportunity to put my views, it will be my pleasure to discuss with boss and boss will decide finally and his decision will be respected would be followed and implemented.

I always have a logical and analytical discussion with my boss. I would definitely put my concerns about the idea in front of him. If we can together work around the concerns then that's best. This has till now always worked positively for me.

I would listen carefully to his idea and make him feel respected in the way I will present my own idea then allow him to make the final decision as my boss then carry on with the implementation.
