Toughest decision I have made as a team lead is when I need someone to let go. We need to reduce our team member due to budget issues company was facing. It was very hard for me to figure out to whom I have to let go from my team since everyone was excellent and hardworking person.

I wanted to go in IT industry, that think was for sure. But I wanted to go towards development side but was unable to crack the development interviews. So my toughest decision was to choose some alternative by which I can enter into IT industry so I entered IT platform via Software Tester position and after a while, I started enjoying Testing than Development. Sometimes, in life, we have to take certain decisions just to keep up the Rising moment going.

After completion of my brother's 10th standard, I was in a position to decide wether he had to go to hostel or not. Even my mother was not in India at that time. I can't live without him but at the same time I can't ruin his career just because I want him with me at my home. But I finally took a decision to send him to hostel. Because he can concentrate well without any distractions.

Sir for me, it was, when my dad was hospitalized for nearly 4months, though we were running our night toughest, this suffering was more of financially and mentally with lots of tears and fears and that was the time I completed my schooling. So, I decided to go for NEET by self-study getting materials from my peer friends and I joined a computer centre for a course and my sister she was dropped from matric and was admitted to a government school, the change was drastic but now its perfectly fine I am getting better and better.
