I remember the quote, "Think Thousand times before taking a decision But - After taking decision never turn back even if you get Thousand difficulties". In case of me Following my passion as a Teacher although I am an Engineer seems to be tough for me.

So far opting a new branch like material sciences were one tough decision for me because I wasn't really sure about the career scores and progress I could do opting this branch but today being a material science engineer makes me no less proud of it.

Sir.
Toughest decision is always related to your life. And this situation I also face while choosing diploma (polytechnic) or 11th 12th. But I wanted to do engineering thats why I choose diploma because it was the clear way for doing engineering.

Sir, after securing not so great marks in HSC examinations I was pressurised to leave the science stream and pursue arts which had been on my mind earlier. But then I decided I'm not a quitter and went ahead with engineering and I'm glad I did.

Sir, decision taking is not tough, once our decision decides either success or failures. So we find our ability what we are.
In myself toughest decision is to take go to government sector or software side, whenever I had completed Btech.

Till now, I haven't faced such decisions. But if at all I have such a situation, I would rather not consider it as a tough decision, I would make it the best and easier, and start working on it because until we start, it is a tough one.

The toughest decision that I made was no confidence to myself though I'm good and skillful but when I got rejected for the position that I wanted it makes my heart broken. But some point, God prepares me for a bigger and better future.

It's often the little decisions in life that are the toughest.
For example, I couldn't decide what to eat for lunch and how much before coming here for interview.
But I didn't have to think twice before deciding to join your company!

Wanted to be in computer science stream during my 11th and 12th. But our school, the only in our area, provided with biology-maths option (PCMB). Finally after completing my 12th, today I am M.Tech in computer science. Dream achieved.

Making decisions will not be tough as long as you have clear thought process. But on our path of fulfillment of that decision we should not look back and rethink about taking this decision. One must believe in his path no matter what.
