I choose a career in B-Tech, even though it was challenging for me as I came from a Hindi medium background and it was mostly in English. However, I was interested in facing new challenges, so I accepted it and completed it successfully.

The most important thing is that once you make a decision, you have to be responsible and stick to it, and prove that it was worth it.

I chose to pursue a career in MCA (Master of Computer Applications) and, coming from a village, I believed that getting an education in Bangalore would open up better job opportunities for me. So, I decided to move to Bangalore and look for colleges with good placement records.

When I arrived in Bangalore, the city was completely new to me. I didn't know how to use the maps or navigate the bus routes. Asking for directions was challenging because most people spoke Kannada, which I didn't understand, and I wasn't fluent in English at the time either. It was a difficult period for me.

However, the people in Bangalore, especially the bus conductors and drivers, were incredibly helpful. They guided me despite the language barrier, which made a significant difference and eased my transition into the city.

Making decisions is not tough as long as we have a clear thought process.

I don't face such difficulty because I think twice before I make any decision.

For me, the toughest decision would be deciding without knowing or researching it well, because sometimes it leads to regrets and inefficient time usage.

The toughest decision I ever made was choosing growth over comfort. Like a hunter stepping into an unknown dungeon, I left behind something secure to chase something greater — knowing I could fail, but also knowing I’d regret staying still even more. It was a risk, but it’s the only way to level up.

After my degree I don't like to go computer course in ITI, my decision is to go to the aviation course but my family& financial problems I joined the computer course.

That is my most challenging situation.

Till now, I haven't faced such decisions. But if at all I have such a situation, I would rather not consider it as a tough decision, I would make it the best and easier, and start working on it because until we start, it is a tough one.

The toughest decision I ever made was maintaining discipline in my routine, sir. I was toughest both physically and mentally. I pushed all my limit and stayed focused on my decision.

Sir, I haven’t faced any very big or tough decisions yet. But I believe when such a situation comes, I will take it positively, think calmly, and choose what is best for me and my work.
