I faced a tight deadline in my last job, I need to complete more work than the other projects, that time I worked very hard to complete my work on time and reached my deadline safely.
My toughest challenge is working patience under work pressure.

For me, the toughest challenge was when I faced my first interview. At that time I have fear of the name of interview and a bit nervousness while giving interview. But with my sincere efforts I make them look easy. After sometime I realized that tough and easy is depend on our mindset. During that time I think positively that time will never come the toughest challenge.

There is no tough or easy challenges. Only the situations and perception towards that challenges make it tough or easy. So I have one situation during my college days. Both my semester exam and professional exam comes in the same day but timing is different for exam papers. Semester exam was in the morning and Professional exam was in the forenoon. I don't want to give up both exams. I wrote semester exam only for 2 hours out of 3 hours and it takes 30 mins to reach professional exam centre and attended that exam too. At the end of the day, I cleared the Semester exam with 79% and qualified as CMA.

Well, I would say that my toughest challenge was since I was appearing for the interview of the office manager's post. And that was my first interview. And, that time I had no idea that what they gonna ask. But somehow I managed and gave my best. The whole time I was confident. And confidently I was giving an answer. It doesn't matter what I was saying. I just said what comes in mind. And at last, I got selected.

The toughest challenge that I have ever faced was cleaning 16 rooms in 8 hours working as a room attendant in a 5-star hotel. This sure teaches you not to give up in life but face it in order to become a strong person.

During my tenure in my previous company, our production expectations went on to reach new levels due to excellent past performance and more customer input of raw production, so handling double the production capacity with existing machinery proved to be the toughest challenges I ever faced.

The toughest challenge is convincing these people here that my answer is a good one so that I get some points. You can't convince people who are keen in pointing out mistakes alone. And a word of advice to such people, don't beg to these companies for a job. Just claim it with dignity. Don't forget they need you for a lot of reasons. But you need them just for "$".
