My biggest toughest challenge was in my life is that I was not able to speak & talk in front of anyone in English, due to lack of confidence when I started to talk someone I get started shivering but I made it as my challenge, result today I have learnt lots of things and it is going continue and because of this challenge and problem I came out as best a performer in my previous organization.

The toughest challenge is working with patients under work pressure. Previously I was working in Chennai, in 2015 due to flood I was relocated to Bangalore for business continuity plan. At that time we had a lot of work like only 7 persons worked for the entire team and finally, we received appreciation and token of love from the client. 0
That was a really toughest challenge in my life.

Work in the political environment. In my previous company, Due to my hard working and full of dedication I got to work as Vice-HOD after 6 months of joining. But due to the political environment, they put me in shift after 3 months. In shifts also I had given the Highest Production. In shifts also peoples were playing politics not to provide material on time and breakdown to machine. Again, I proved myself that I can able to give you output in any situation. I thought this is the toughest challenge for me.

The toughest challenge I have faced was, coming from commerce background I got placed as a technical support analyst. It was tough for me to technical term but the support I got from Technical coach and team was amazing. Never felt like technical would be so logical and Cool. It's not necessary that you get the same job what you study. Now, I have completed diploma networking and now am in good position holding TL for networking team.
