I remember my difficult challenge as I am working in a restaurant as a Fnb supervisor, It was the morning breakfast going on in one of the restaurants in my hotel.

A guest sitting just near the side station as one the server in restaurants slipped on the floor carries coffee which spills on the guest shirt, guest was really angry as he had a meeting for the day, I proactively approach to the guest and immediately called to the reception for a room key to quickly change for him as he checked out already, and sent his shirt to express laundry but stain was hard to remove, I check with my manager and ask some money for buying a new finest fabric shirt for him from nearby mall, finally got his size and gave him new shirt.

Finally guest was happy and my efforts and initiatives appreciated with my manager.

Challenges are always tough because we would not have tried them before so we have to face them.

To do those things that I never thought to do. I even never thought about that I can do any simple very simple job, and that's all without any reference and that is in my hometown. Yeah! Really. But from 2014 I did one by one 5 jobs, and now I am typing this because now I understood that the toughest part for me is TO STAY ON THAT JOB. That I'm still trying!

There are many challenges (I don't know if it's tough or not) I've faced and many failures I've tasted. I can't describe everything here. The one quote that pushes me is that failure is not the worst part, not yet tried is. I don't know English better to write something I've felt here, but I know one thing, well, I've tried.

The toughest challenge I have ever faced is speaking in English as my communication skills are not good. But I overcome my this fear by working on it every day. Nowadays many people's hesitate in speaking English but they very well know this language as we write & understand what others speak in this language very well. So if we fight against our own fear & work on it. Then no one can stop us achieving our dreams.

The challenged I have faced in my life is in education when I am in intermediate my qualification is ME. C but I don't like maths but my father forcibly joined me in that group from that day onwards for a couple of years I faced a lot of problems to upgrade myself. But with this subject, I was demotivated a lot that I will never get a chance to explore myself but now I am motivated that everyone will have their own that will be revealed at some time and my talent is revealed at present.
