When you are doing any work for the first time you will apply all your strength and knowledge to do it perfectly, that time the work is called hard work.

And when you repeat this work lot of times, you will learn some shortcuts and gain some knowledge about how the work could be done in less time, now when you will do this work applying these shortcuts and the knowledge you gained through doing it lot of times, that time the work is called smart work.

According to me, both hard work & smart work gives the best result. But without hard work, smart work is not possible because hard work gives you experience and smart work comes with experience.

Hard work is that you can do any work with more efforts and effectively.

Smart work is that you do any work with lesser efforts.

But I support hard work because if you can do more efforts in any work then you gain more and more knowledge and I think smart work comes from hard work.

Thank you.

Hard work leads to Smart work.

If you work hard in the beginning you can learn new things, which can help you to work smartly. In hard work your Body leads, but, in smart work, your brain leads.

According to me, both "HARD WORK" & "SMART WORK" give the best results you want. But without hard work, smart work is not possible because hard work gives you experience and smart work comes with experience.

Hard work and smart work is the two side of a Coin. So, both are equally needed to complete the task.
