To become a successful person we required both hard work as well as smart work.

Hard work requires patience, time, and a lot of effort but smart work requires experience of hard work. Without hard work smart work is nothing.

Hard work gives you experience.
Smart work comes with experience.
There is no smart work without hard work.

Example:

When I started learning Java, I did hard work—practising daily, fixing errors.
That gave me experience.
Now, with that experience, I do smart work—write better code in less time.
So, smart work became possible because of hard work.

Experience comes from hard work and smart work comes from experiences. Hardwork beats talent when talent doesn't work hard.

Hard work - working with lot of Effort. Here our Body plays active role.

Smart work - getting the maximum work done with little effort. Here Brain plays active role.

Hard work = Freshers, Smart work = Experienced, Hard work is the Beginning step to smart work because with out facing hard work no one can get smarter.

Hard Working :- Hard Working comprise skills which are accomplished through physical capabilities. Smart Working :- Smart Working requires mental capabilities to get the work done.
