But smart work is very specific, unique, skilled &innovative way to achieve goal treated like a formula.

Hard work = doesn't knowing the exact solution and practicing it again and again by putting more efforts.

Smart work= first of all getting the exact solution of the problem and then solving it by putting less efforts.

Assigning an equal task to all members and work day and night - hard work.
Assigning a member task he/she is proficient at- smart work.
