Work is essential for every person. If any person don't have work so they are nothing in the eyes of people. Work are two types hard work and smart work. Hard work takes too much time to do any kind of work whereas smart takes very less time to do any type of work. In other words, smart work is better than the hard work because smart work saves lots of time.

In my opinion, with the example.
Hard work means if a person used stairs for go to 10th floor from 1st floor in the building.
Smart work means if a person used stairs for go to 10th floor from 1st floor in the building.
In Hard work not any tricks & it takes more time.
In smart work tricks are used & it takes fewtime.

According to me, hard work and smart work both are the work but it is depend upon the situation when I do hard work and when I do smart work.
For example:
Company provides a project with very less duration supposes 2-3 days in this situation I will do hard work day-night.
And smart work means we solve any problem with our knowledge and skill very quick.

Those people don't have a knowledge, techniques and perfect idea but they very much try to achieve their goals. If he/she fail but they not to give up any more. That's a called HARD WORK. (time consumed).

Hard work is the basis of smart work. Without hard work, no one can do smart work. Eg. If one is preparing for exams then he will go for short trick which is a smart work but for learning those tricks we have to do a lot of hard work.

Hard work and Smart work both are work type which is unique in nature the place you have to work hard you should the place you should work smart you should be one should know where you should walk where you should run where you should catch a vehicle. According to me * Hardwork and Smart Work are two sides of the chain. Both work simultaneously with each other. Both are needed to perform any work. Hard work means to work with * devotion, courage and Dedication.
