In my view, we can find the other ways too when you are doing hard work to finish the given job. But when you finish the job by your smartness you can't find the struggle you have to go through while doing that job and the other possible ways too. So the hard work only gives you some extraordinary experiences that you really need for upgrading your skills. Thank you.

In my childhood, I use to do hard work because at that stage I don't know the difference between both and I use to mug up all the things. But now in this stage, I know how to utilize my time and learn things very quickly. So, now I do Smart work.

I believe, Smart work is experience part of Hard work. Eg. If you go for travel to unknown place, you will find it hard at first to locate all the ways and places there, however once It is known, then it becomes easy and you can guide others like your friends etc. And then for you it became smart work and at first it was Hard work!
