What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

Hello everyone.

As we know that all the things we do in our life have a particular impact in our lives. Either it is hard work or smart work.

Hard work generally deals with your efforts which you put in any particular field physically and mentally as well. Hard work just not means only the physical strength but the mental efforts you put in it.

On the other side, Smart work deals with the efficient and effective measures used to do work with mental ability. It requries lot of hardwork and patience to gather the experiences from past and to utilise them in present as well as future. So in my opinion both are necessary to attain a particular goal.

According to me, Hard-work gives us experience and experience enable us how to solve the problem or perform the work in an easier way, that's called smart work.

Hard work and smart work are slightly related because Without putting hard work, efforts we are unable to get a smart way to work better. Soo I think hard work is more important to get experience then it provides a way to work in a smart way.

Hard work is done by with the help of body and smart work is done by with the help of mind.

Hardwork deals with Quantitative work.

Smartwork deals with Quality work to achieve better goals.

Hard work is optimizing the effort in doing the job, thus it gives experience.

Smart work is doing the work effortlessly the most efficient way thus, comes from experience.

Hard work without smart work is incomplete the task in time.

Smart work always helps to remove the stress in doing hard work.

So, both are equally needed to complete the task.

I believe smart work always comes after hard work.

First, you need to understand the process thoroughly doing the hard work and then analyzing where you can reduce your time and efforts is smart work.

According to me, Hardwork leads to smart work,

If you hardworking in the beginning which can help you to work smartly, in hardwork your body leads, but in smartwork your brain leads.

Hardwork is a part of smart work, without hardwork there is no scope for smart work.

We can get experience through hardwork, which makes us to do same work smartly with more effectiveness.
