What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

Hard work means handling things patiently and it usually takes place with certain set defined rules and regulations while smart work means handling things tactfully and instantaneously. Hard work is usually practised when a person has ample time and smart work is usually practised when the work needs to be done in less amount of time.

Work with effort - that is hard work.

And work with brain - that is smart work.

A man with brain exactly knows when and when not to work with his heart out.

We have to work hard to work smart, because without working hard, one won't get the chance to work smart.

Working smart without working hard means that one don't want to sharpen his skills. Working hard and not getting success is worthless and working smart without getting the skills developed is worthless.

As for my view, hard work means doing the work with full focus and concentration all the knowledge you know about that to apply with full physical and mental work and smart work is doing the work easily with less wastage time saving and with 100percent efficiency.

Hardwork is learning from your past.

Smartwork is learning from others past.

Both are importent. After doing hard work again & again, we got experience and ewperience can do smart work in a less duration.

In my opnion. Hard work means to do a work with more effort with out using your ideas.

But smart work means to use you brain to do this work in a limited time with accuracy.

Suppose there was two boy. Given them a task to oppen the locked door.

One of them starting to push the door with his full effort, with out looking any whare.

And the other one looking all at first and put the key from the table and unlock the door.

They both oppen the door. But the 1st boy use his most effort but he culd not oppen the door in a right way, and the other one using his brain, and clamness and oppen the door currently.

This is the difference between the smart work and the hard work.

Yeah, it's very simple,

Hard work - Determination. (At any cost work must be done!).

Smart work - think before you work. That's smart work.

According to me, A person must have both ability to work hard and think smart on situation.

Smart work focuses on efficient work.

Hard work focuses just on completing the work.

Initially, to learn something we do hard work.

When we get to experience in our field then we do smart work. Smart work appears with experience.
