Hard work is when one does the work more dedicatedly. But smart work is when one does the same work in less time and more efficiently.

Shortly smart work is nothing but hard work in the right direction.

Hard work is more effort after getting a result.

Smart work is less effort better result. Smart work is less time. Hard work is more time.

Compare to hard work so smart work is better.

In my view, both are important in life, and both execute the same work in a different way. The hard work takes some time fill the taxes, but the work is completed confidently. Whereas smart work performs the same work in easy and less time. Both are good for an employee but in a balanced ratio.

So, first, choose the work smartly then work harder to full fill this work.
