In my view, if the hard work is a lock. So smart work is the key to open the lock easily. Mean reduce the hard work problem with smart think and work its smart work.

If a task is a lock and we want to open it by using a hammer than it is a hard work and if we use a key to open that lock then it is a smart work.

Sir for ex. If I had to open a lock and I don't have the key to open it. The time I used a hammer to open it will be called as hard work. But instead if I can use a hand cutter to cut the lock. It will be considered a smart work.

Hard work is the way of working where someone said you do it this way no matter that is taking time but smart worker will see correct and less time consumable way of working. EG: You need to carry something heavy where you can ask for help would be smart move rather carrying it alone.
