What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

Experience gives you smart work and for that particular experience we have to do first hard work.

Suppose a wood cutter is cutting wood without sharpening his tool for hours that is hardwork and if he sharpens his tool and cuts wood then its smart work.

One can finish the same job in a lot lesser time with smart work.

Hard work is a part of smart work. Hard work gives you experience and smart work came from experience. Hard work uses physical strength, consume much time and produces less result but smart work uses physical as well as mental strength and save our time and produce an efficient result. Even the labour do hard work. Spending a lot of hours and getting less productivity is hard work, spending less time and high productivity is smart work.

Eg. If you are studying the whole day and completing 3 chapters and another one who is just studying 4 hours and completed 3 chapter will be a smart worker.
