If you took any work to do. And you did that within the time as well as accuracy this is hard work. But if you did the same work before the time with accuracy to use your logic or intelligence that is smart work.

Smart work means doing the things in a fraction of second by applying logic, tricks, tips so that time and efforts are not much required.

Hard work means doing things in a longer period without any break.
