I can explain about the difference between hard work and smart work in my opinion.

Hard work: just like steps when you want to go building along with steps you definitely reach our goal but a lot of time taken.

Smart work: just like the lift is a smart work you can reach our goal shortly. But sometimes lift is repairing.

According to me, both are related to each other without being hard worker we can't be smart worker. Hardwork increases our accuracy whereas smart increases accuracy and efficiency.

Hard work is putting one's full effort to get the work done or can say to reach the goal.

Whereas smart work is putting the same efforts in the right direction.

According to me, both hard and smart work is a key to success and plays an important role in our life.

Hard work consumes a lot of time and waits for the result.

Hard work gives experience and smart work comes from experience.

Hard work means if you can't achieve your target in minimum time then your effort would be considered as a hard work and smart work means if you achieved your target in minimum time then your effort would be considered as a smart work.
